Delivery Rate For Online Purchases

1-2 Days Delivery (Mon-Fri excl Sat, Sun & Public Holiday) 

 

*Cut-off time will be at HKT 12pm. 

 ***Delivering to the remote and special area(e.g. Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and Cheung Chau, etc) normally takes 2-4 business days and may be subject to an extra charge according to the size of the order. The definition of remote and special location is defined by Baby Sophie. It is highly recommended customers contact us for a quotation on extra charge before placing an order given their remote and special location. Otherwise, customers will be notified and advised on the amount of the extra charge for the remote and special areas after the order is submitted if necessary. 

 

• Orders are normally delivered HKT 12pm-8pm on next day delivery, Mon to Sat, not including public holidays. It is our best effort that orders are delivered the next day on a next day delivery basis and it is NOT a guarantee due to courier and traffic issues.

• Orders placed during the holiday season / on sale period may be subject to special delivery arrangements.
