How is our tailor-made baby hamper work?

• Select the gift hamper budget you prefer and checkout with the payment.
• Our experienced baby consultant will reach out to you once the payment is made.
• There are a couple of questions our consultant will ask you to understand the requirements of the tailor-made hamper. For example, is the hamper for baby boys or baby girls? Is this hamper for the first baby or the second baby? Does your friend typically prefer more colorful or more simple design products? Etc...
• Once our consultant receives the requirements from you, they will start preparing the initial selection of the assortment. 
• Our consultant will then walk you through the initial assortment and provide alternative options for each item. (Alternative options will only be provided with similar price items.) 
• At the same time, you will have to prepare a message for our consultant to put on the tailor-made card. 
• The consultant will then send you three tailor-made designed cards for you to choose.
• The consultant will send you pictures for your references during the whole discussion process.

Notes:

• Please make sure you order 3-5 days in advance for discussion and delivery arrangement.
• All online discounts and product promotions cannot be used with any other discounts or gift vouchers.
• Standard delivery charge is included for HK areas except for outlying areas/islands
• Please make sure you check with our staff for delivery charges on HK remote areas/ Islands.
• Gift hampers cannot be applied on same-day delivery.
• Hamper pictures on this page are for reference only. The hampers contain around 6pcs - 8pcs items.
• If gift hampers are not delivered due to the recipient’s unavailability or inaccurate delivery information, the purchaser will be required to meet all additional delivery charges.
